This policy explains how Podere Luisa processes the personal data of visitors to this website and of people who write to us through the contact form, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

What data we process
- Data sent through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject of the request, message and site language.
- Browsing data: the server hosting the site automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access and pages visited. These are used only to run the site and keep it secure.
- Data you send us directly by email, phone or Instagram, so that we can reply.
Why we process them and on what legal basis
- To answer your requests (information about wines, oil, stays): pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you give in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To keep the site running and secure: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To comply with legal obligations, such as tax rules or guest registration, if a request becomes a booking (Art. 6(1)(c)).
We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising and we never sell it.
How long we keep them
Contact request data are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless they are needed for a booking or by law. Browsing data are kept by the hosting provider only for as long as strictly necessary for the security of the service.
Who may receive them
Data are processed by the controller and may be handled, on the controller's behalf, by the following technical providers:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), the service that receives the form data and forwards it to the controller by email;
- the controller's email service provider;
- the hosting provider of the website.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
Links to other websites
The site links to external services (Booking.com, Instagram, Google Maps, transport and local websites). When you open them, their own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), and withdraw your consent. Just write to info@podereluisa.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
